"You're cordially invited to join us for one last proper boil this crawfish season. Put on your Sunday best and grab a bottle or two (or three or four) of your favorite rosé. We'll indulge you in pound after pound of Hawk's select and purged crawfish with all of the fixings, canapes, and sweet treats.

Tickets include all the crawfish and fixings, passed hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and special performances, You bring your own beverage....PREFERABLY Rosé .....and we will provide plenty of glasses, ice, ice chests, and water. Let's make this the grandest table of crawfish of all time.

Doors open at 4pm. Music, passed hors d'oeuvres, rosé sampling, and crawfish races begin at 4:30pm. First round of crawfish drops at 5pm with subsequent rounds dropping every 30 minutes until sunset.
