Pop-up Yoga class at the Victory Garden this Thursday at 5:45pm! This will be a slow flow style yoga class, accessible to all levels. Bring your mat, if you have one. I have a few mats available for use if needed. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for ease of movement. This will be a donation based class, so pay only what you feel like giving. Thank you! ♥
